Carlo earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Sacramento, and holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, as well as state insurance licenses. He believes effective financial planning starts with understanding each client's priorities and building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and exceptional service.
