How can I help you achieve your goals?

My Specialties
  • Fixed Rate Mortgages – Conv. / FHA / VA
  • Professional Loan Program
  • Jumbo Portfolio Loans
  • First Time Buyer Programs

As a Loan Officer with over 20 years of personal experience, I have worked on thousands of home loans. Looking for the right mortgage product is an art that I have tried very hard to master. I try to offer my clients a comparison spreadsheet that compares between three to four different loan options side by side. I like to compare Bond programs to their Conventional and Government counterparts. I like to see information and numbers upfront so I can make sure that I am making the right choice for the situation.

“First, thank you so much for the service you provided to (my clients). They bought the only house I ever showed them, which they found and told me about. As such, the only first time homebuyer training they received was the online course completed about 40 hours before closing! I know that makes it harder for you. But knowing that you knew the details of the best (and only!) program that would have allowed them to buy that house was how I earned my keep. In case I didn't tell you this, it was a remarkable story you helped make come true. First time in my 30 years in real estate that I helped someone move directly from KCMHA projects directly into homeownership! Put that feather in your cap, too!”
