Action You May Need to Take After Enrolling in the New eBanking System

Review the below information and take action where needed after successfully enrolling in the new eBanking system.

What Action You Need To Take

  • Make note of all transfers you currently have set up to verify in the new eBanking system.
  • Internal transfers set up to occur twice per month or semi-annually will not transfer to the new eBanking system—these will need to be reestablished after you enroll in the new system on Sept. 25 or after.
  • All other internal First Bank account-to-account transfers will move to the new eBanking system on Sept. 25 or after.
  • With the First Bank On The Go mobile app, card controls allow you to turn your debit card on and off; set location, merchant, and transaction controls; set spending limits; and set usage notifications.

What Action You Need to Take

  • You will need to reestablish your card controls within the new First Bank On The Go mobile app after enrollment in the new system.



What Action You Need to Take

  • Make note of any external, account-to-account transfers as they will not transfer to the new eBanking system. They will need to be reestablished on Sept. 25 or after when you enroll in the new eBanking system.
  • You will need your external bank or financial provider information to set up transfers in the new system.
  • eBills are electronic versions of paper bills. An eBill arrives into your eBanking view from a biller in the same way a paper bill would arrive into your mailbox.
  • Once you view your eBill, you can set up payments that automatically generate from the receipt of the eBill. This is not the same as Bill Pay.

What Action You Need to Take

  • Make note of any eBills, as you will need to reestablish eBills and eBill payments in the new eBanking system on Sept. 25 or after.



What Action You Need to Take

  • All Bill Pay existing payees and pending/recurring payments will transfer to the new system on Sept. 25. Verify this information in the new eBanking system after enrollment.
  • Make note of any account nicknames, account alerts, and your Pay People (formerly known as People Pay) contact list to reestablish in the new eBanking system after the upgrade.
