What to Expect During the Upgrade

We’re upgrading First Bank’s eBanking and First Bank On The Go mobile app to give you a more intuitive, customizable, and streamlined banking experience. During this upgrade, First Bank’s personal eBanking and First Bank On The Go mobile app will be unavailable from Saturday, March 28 at 11:00 PM CT through Sunday, March 29 at 11:00 AM CT.

Before the eBanking and Mobile App Upgrade:
  • Confirm your username and password ahead of time so you’re ready to log in once the new experience is live.
After the eBanking and Mobile App Upgrade: 
  • If you are a user of the First Bank On The Go mobile app, you will be required to update to the latest version of the app on your device via the App Store or Google Play Store before logging in for the first time after the upgrade.

What’s Coming in Your Upgraded eBanking Experience on the Web

A Personalized Dashboard
  • Your new home screen after logging in to your eBanking profile is now a powerful, customizable dashboard.
  • Get at-a-glance insights for your accounts, latest transactions, cards, spending insights, and budgets.
  • Create a customizable view that works for you: add or remove widget categories based on your financial goals. Or simply change the order of the widgets based on what's most important to you.
Favorite Accounts
  • Mark frequently used accounts as favorites for quicker visibility on both the dashboard and account screens.
  • On the Accounts page, simply click the star icon next to the accounts you'd like to make a favorite. These will show first on your account and dashboard screens.
Enhanced Card Management
  • All card-related actions, such as Travel Notices and Card Controls, are now consolidated in a single, easy-to-navigate view.
  • Simply click Manage Cards under the Self-Service menu to manage your debit card: change your PIN, lock your card, add travel notices, and manage card controls and alerts all from one simple view.
Transfer History
  • Easily track your money movement with a dedicated area to view upcoming and past transfers, including the status of each transfer.
  • In the lefthand navigation menu, under Move Money, select Upcoming Transfers, then click the History tab. Here you can see past transfer history and the status of each transfer.

What's Coming in the Upgraded First Bank On The Go Mobile App

The enhanced mobile app offers a cleaner design, easier navigation, and new features to help you manage your money with greater control and convenience.

Improved Login Experience
  • Logging in is now simpler: Choose biometric login or passcode each time you open the app.
  • Your previously enabled biometric and passcode settings remain valid.
  • If you do not have biometrics or a passcode set up, you will still be able to log in with your existing username and password.
New Profile Menu
  • Manage important settings more easily: Update your biometric settings, passcode, and personal information.
  • Confirm your contact information: Review your mailing address and update your email and phone number. To update your mailing address, visit your local First Bank branch or call the First Bank Service Center at 800-760-2265.
  • Tap the circle with your initials to access the profile menu.
Personalized Dashboard
  • Your new home screen after logging in to the mobile app is now a powerful, customizable dashboard.
  • Quick actions on the mobile app dashboard allow you to easily select to deposit a check or make a transfer in one tap.
  • Get at-a-glance insights for your accounts, latest transactions, cards, spending insights, and budgets.
  • Create a customizable view that works for you: add or remove widget categories based on your financial goals. Or simply change the order of the widgets based on what's most important to you.
Redesigned Navigation
  • A new scrollable upper navigation menu is visible throughout your journey in the mobile app.  
  • The lower navigation menu includes Home, Move Money, Accounts, and More. 
  • On the Home tab, view your dashboard; plus in the upper navigation menu, scroll over to select Cards, Insights, and Alerts for easy, on-the-go management.
  • The former Self-Service menu has been streamlined into more intuitive sections, including the new Profile and Home screens with the scrollable upper navigation items for easy access. 
  • Order Checks is now in the More menu.

  • In the Home tab, simply tap Insights in the upper navigation menu to explore these tools.
